Bleadon Lovely

A very local scene, this painting captures the essence of springtime in the artist's home village in Somerset. A typical British day mixing blue sky with looming clouds.  We see the bright reflections on the water in the rhyme, contrasting with the bold yellow daffodils growing along the edge of Bleadon Road.
